Welcome to my ongoing quest to find the forgotten remnants of animals and give them a whole new life! One where they are remembered and cherished. You'll find me knee deep in mud, fighting off flies and maggots, "playing around" with formaldehyde, and caring for my loving colony of flesh eating beetles (my assistants). The filth is magnificent and gorgeous and never ending! My specimens come from two sources: found carcasses of roadkill and naturally occuring deaths, or from my connections working in animal rescue and care. I'm currently working to get my wildlife rehabilitators license. In the meantime, I'm busy working with my 3 cats, 4 ducks, 7 pond fish, and hundreds of beetles. It takes a full team here at my swamp!
